He has worked with a wide array of public private partnerships (P3s) as well as Design Build & Design Bid Build projects After moving to The US, Iqbal took part in a retraining program from Cooper Union University in New York. Since 2017, he has obtained a position within the DMV area,
where he has been working with government agencies on various projects.

While in Afghanistan pursuing his B.S. in Civil Engineering (BSCE), Iqbal acquired several years of experience on various construction sites doing field quality control, safety management, and construction management.
